This person manages the development of complex projects, including functionality/scope, timeline, quality, client relationships and budgets autonomously.   • Work with clients to understand business requirements
  • Manage functionality, scope, timeline and budget for Dynamit projects
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop recommended solutions and ensure solutions are carried out
  • Ensure appropriate involvement of departments throughout the project (Design, Development, QA, etc)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create estimates and project plans
  • Work with project team to deliver solutions under common project constraints; assess risk and develop options when confronted with unplanned situations
  • Work with Practice Group Director and other leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed
  • Manage project data including project progress, profitability, meeting notes, projections, and decision logs
  • Manage internal and client communication and expectation setting
  • Manage client and project health metrics to inform project decisions and future investment
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Group Director and/or Client Engagement Lead to grow existing client relationships and identify new work within current accounts
  • Create effective sales decks or annual account planning deliverables for existing clients

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years project management experience; familiarity with project management terminology and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external relationships
  • Account management/client service experience a bonus
  • The ability to manage and grow multiple client relationships
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing the implementation of web and mobile applications
  • The ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on deadlines
  • Experience managing and understanding client expectations and needs
  • Experience providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and internal project teams
  • The ability to understand a project's process and needs to help the internal team execute on deliverables
  • Experience managing estimation creation and budget management
  • Preference for candidates with a knowledge of SDLC
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred

Travel Requirements

  • This position may require up to 25%-75% (depending on the assignment) travel (typically associated with project milestones)
