A Project Manager at Dynamit is a passionate critical-thinker who strives to gain a full understanding of our clients in order to serve as a leader and a partner who drives our clients’ businesses forward through successful project delivery. This person manages the development of small to mid-sized projects, including functionality/scope, timeline, quality, and budgets with oversight from senior members of the project management team. Intrinsically motivated and self-sufficient, an ideal Project Manager strives to push through any ambiguity to create the structures and opportunities that empower Dynamit’s internal team to build the best solutions that solve our clients’ needs. As an external-facing representative of Dynamit, doing the right thing is in their nature along with excellent communication skills and a presence that exudes confidence and trust while supporting Dynamit’s core values.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership:
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Communicating/facilitating conversations and solutions at all levels of the business; both with the client and with the internal team 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • PM:
  • Scope management - Ensure that project activities are aligned with the statement of work
  • Understand the state of the project at any given point in time and regularly report on status
  • Address issues that arise with implementation of the strategic plan established for a project
  • Participate in scrum and weekly meetings
  • Technical:
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably working in complex IT environments
  • Working knowledge of web service technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
